Terms & Conditions
Course fee is payable on enrolment. Space cannot be guaranteed until fees are paid in full.
Course Cancellations & Refund Policy
Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing to us.
More than 30 days from course commencement
In the event of a cancellation, CARE Dental Academy will refund 90% of the fees.
10 - 30 days from course commencement
In the event of a cancellation, CARE Dental Academy will refund 50% of the fees.
10 days or less from course commencement
In the event of notification of a cancellation 10 working days or less before the course date, fees paid will not be refunded.
Physical Product Return & Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
The exchange and return of dens-natura products will be handled by dens-natura directly.
In the event of a course cancellation by an invited speaker CARE Dental Academy will provide immediate notice of cancellations to participants, however will not be responsible for any financial expenses such as accomodation, airfare or other travel costs. CARE Dental Academy will provide immediate refunds to participants or may endeavour to provide a future suitable date.
